English will be spoken at all times in school and hostel.
Every student should strictly adhere to rules and regulations laid down by the school. Students, who repeatedly defy school rules, will not be allowed to attend school. The rules and regulations concern with correct uniforms, punctuality, attendance at school, participation in extra curriculum activities, and conduct and behavior are to be specially noted.
Students are to be in school at 9:30 A.M. punctually. Late arrivals will get their school diaries signed by the principal.
Students should be on the school compound during recesses.
Students may not leave the school premises during school hours without a written authorization from the principal or class teacher.
Students are expected to take proper care of the school property and to help in keeping the premises neat and tidy. Any damage done to the school property by disfiguring etc. or in any other way is a serious breach of discipline and will be fined.
Parents should record reasons for their child’s lack of punctuality or absence in the ‘absence record of the School Diary and attach their signature. Excuse for absence and late attendance should not be made by phone but in writing in the diary.
Students are not permitted to meet the visitors without permission.
Pupils who are absent from examinations for any reason whatsoever will not be re-examined. Marks obtained in the terminal and final examination will determine promotion.
Students who fail for two consecutive years cannot remain in school.
Parents/Guardians must see that their ward gives attention to his/her study everyday, whether written home task is set or not.
Parents who wish to meet teachers regarding their children, may do so, but not during class hours.
The school will not be responsible for money, ornaments etc. lost. Students are discouraged from putting on costly ornaments.
Parents are expected to co-operate with the school by enforcing regularity and observing only those holidays indicated in the calendar. They should check the diary regularly for remarks by teachers regarding academic progress, behavior, neglect of home-assignments and for the class tests and monthly tests result.
The decision of the school authority with regard to promotion is final.
Withdrawal
Parents wishing to withdraw children from school must give three months notice or fees in lieu of notice. The notice should reach the principal by the end of the month. After which the remaining 3 months are considered as notice months.
A school leaving certificate will be issued only after all school fees and other dues are cleared.
Dismissal
The school Authorities may dismiss the child from school if:
Her/his conduct is considered a bad influence or harmful and she/he has not responded to correction.
If the school feels that it cannot meet a special need of a child because of particular learning difficulties or other emotional problems.
If she/he fails a class for any 2 years.
If school fees are not paid for 2 months.
Visitors
All visitors to the school are required to report the main administration office. No friends or relative will be allowed to take children off the school premises without a prior written communication from parents.
